What is the mid-term election? Too bad I'm not familiar enough with your voting system. :( Is it something where you could still shift the balance of power in the government somehow?

Oh, my mistake. While our President is elected very 4 years, members of congress are elected every 2 years. It is called Mid-term elections because it happens during the middle of the Presidential election. It is rarely covered because it is not normally exciting, but you can bet that 2018 people will be paying attention to them.

Thank you for the explanation, I didn't know that! :) So there is a chance of a shift in the power structure closer in the future than in 4 years, that's good news! I hope Trum doesn't do too much damage until then, but shows his real face for people to realise, what a fraud he is.:P
