Author's notes: Soooo, I was tempted by the lovely [personal profile] capitu ("If you write, I write" trap - I totally fell in it head first, LOL!) into participating in the Draco's Merry-Making Mini Fest hosted by the [livejournal.com profile] bottom_draco.
Considering the participants were supposed to deliver in less than 2 weeks, it was meant to be a really easy fest where drabbles and such were as welcome as anything else - there was not even any beta needed, thanks goodness, because I'm saving my precious beta [personal profile] bleedingangel84 for bigger projects, poor soul! :)
But me being me, I can't do short to save my life, so it came out at 12K and me looking confused "How did that happen again?!" But since it was fun to write, I'm not complaining and I hope you consider yourselves warned, LOL! It's a fun (little-not so little) piece involving two feisty Pygmy Puffs, because - why not? :)

Summary: Draco, facing a prospect of another lonely birthday, finds out that his old-time nemesis - that hot-headed pot of anger, Weasley - might have just entered the dating market - or so the rumours say - and decides to do something about his years-long obsession with the redhead's lovely temper. At all costs. Even if it means involving a pair of feisty Pygmy Puffs. Now, with Draco's rotten luck, how can this end well?!

Author's notes: An idea for writing something to celebrate the b-day from my all-time-favourite magical character Ron Weasley was shamelessly stolen from [livejournal.com profile] starstruck1986. Do yourself a favour and read her story - it's much better than this. But this special day only comes once a year, so I used my two hours of free time and put together a little story with my favourite pairing - just because I wanted to. It's easiest the sloppiest thing I've ever written, but it still counts as a token of celebration! :)

Author's note: Oh, man, nothing to see here, go on, as you were, just another chapter of the endless one. :P I've been promising to close it down for the better part of this year and every time I attempt to, this thing comes back to life with another chapter - seriously, Voldy and all his Horcruxes have nothing on the resurrecting potential of this story! :) Yeah, I've been kind of busy writing that next-gen fic and I was happily avoiding neglecting this one for as long as possible - but I guess if I wanted to justify my reputation as "not a quitter", it was about time to come up with an update of sorts. Super short this time - I guess that's the one good thing I can say about this chapter. The rest is... don't bother, yeah? I'm just posting it here because I want to have everything cross-linked. :)

Author's note: Slowly coming to the finish line. I'll goddamn finish this one even if I'm the last person still reading it. Author's note: Erm, you know that chapter I cut in two last time...? Well, this is the second part... actually, it's the first part of the second part *sheepish grin* Uhm... I kind of had to cut this one in two as well... Erm... yeah, I know... don't call me stupid, let me do that for you... It was just getting awfully long - i mean, seriously, this one is over 15 K... that's like, not even a chapter, it's a chapterzilla, you know, a job for Charlie Weasley, the dragon baby-sitter. :P
