Yep, from where I'm sitting 30+°C sounds like heaven - I'd probably just tie myself to the nearest air-co, but at least it wouldn't be dangerous. :P But I'm home today - albeit the reason is anything but good - so I'm kind of happily looking at all the frost outside, feeling all cosy and warm, ha! :)
